Box Office Management
Every customer either having valid ticket through the ticketing partners – or physical tickets shall come to the box office to collect the personalised RFID Wrist band. Also, the tickets shall be sold on ground through these box offices which shall be managed by Ionnix. The wristbands shall be allocated for the designated time, day, days so that he/she can enter the event at ease.
Integration of payment systems like Bank POS, UPI and e-Wallets or other such payment integration required by the organisers during the event. The various modes of payments shall be used at the Box Office points and the recharge points. It is also envisaged that other such payment integration deemed feasible and viable shall also be integrated in the system before the event to be implemented at the event.
